****** The Galilee offers an impressive array of culinary attractions, from boutique wineries to organic farms and colorful, open-air markets – as well as the annual olive harvest and other seasonal events. Our particular area of interest and expertise is the local foods of the Galilee – in both historical and contemporary contexts. Tours focus on how to recognize and appreciate culinary traditions that are documented in, or pre-date the Bible, and can still be found in the contemporary landscape. Itineraries can be developed according to specific area of interest, season, base location, dietary requirements, size of group, etc. The cost of tours is generally a function of group size. Send the details of your visit and we will be pleased to prepare a proposed itinerary. Itineraries are developed according to the visitors' interests, dietary requirements and the season.
